GPX Upload Instructions

  1. Log into your Garmin Connect account.
  2. Navigate to your "Activities" page.
  3. Select the activity you want to export.
  4. Use the gear icon to view export options.
  5. Click "Export to GPX".
  6. Upload the downloaded GPX file on our website.
  1. Log into your RunKeeper account.
  2. Click on "Me" and navigate to the Activities tab.
  3. Select the activity you want to export.
  4. Under the "Export" section click "GPX".
  5. Upload the downloaded GPX file on our website.
  1. Log into your Strava account.
  2. Go to your activity feed.
  3. Select desired activity.
  4. Click the 3 dots on left panel under profile image
  5. “Export GPX”
  6. Upload the downloaded GPX file on our website.
  1. Log into your MapMyRun/MapMyRide account.
  2. Under "Routes" click on "My Routes & Courses."
  3. Select the route you want to export.
  4. Under "Route Info" click on "Export this Route".
  5. Click on "Download GPX File".
  6. Upload the downloaded GPX file on our website.
